This maple vessel has a striking form with dramatic curves and an organic natural edge. The grain patterns reflect stresses endured by the tree as it was growing in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Although it has a vase-like shape, it can only be used for dried flowers and other non-wet items. It is finished with a danish oil and is 9"diameter x 9.5" tall. It is signed by the artist on the bottom.
